After years of clinical experience and studying research, Yerba Prima knew that different types of dietary fiber offer different health benefits. As a result of this continuing research, Yerba Prima introduced the first complete dietary fiber products with all 5 fiber types and a balance of soluble and insoluble dietary fiber. Daily Fiber Formula was introduced in 1985, followed by Colon Care Formula in 1989. For customer convenience, Yerba Prima also introduced the first dietary fiber formulas in capsules.
